JANUARY 1, 2011 Start of Team registered for 2011 season.
MARCH 31, 2011 Establishment of players legal residence (parent domicile & school enrolled).
APRIL 15, 2011 Deadline for Department Commission Chairman to file five (5) copies of Department rules with National Headquarters.
MAY 1, 2011 Department Tournament information (dates & locations) must be filed with National Headquarters.
MAY 16, 2011 Entry fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per team, plus National entry fee of $50.00 per team for Seniors & $25.00 for Juniors, plus Insurance from S.A. Van Dyke (Junior & Senior) per team being registered electronically on or before May 16, 2011.
All Form #2 must be printed out from the National web site for signatures and forwarded to the Department Commission Chairman by June 1, 2011. Any Form 76 or 77 must be handled in the same manner.
JUNE 1, 2011 National Form #1 must be filed electronically by June 1,2011.
JULY 15, 2011 Department Commission Chairman must certify to National all teams Form #1.
JULY 6, 2011 All District Champions must be decided (Senior League).
JULY 9-13, 2011 STATE SUB-REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS (Seniors)
JULY 16-20, 2011 Junior League Teams STATE TOURNAMENTS - Leesville, LA (8 Teams)
JULY 23-27, 2011 STATE TOURNAMENT (Seniors - $500.00 entry fee) New Orleans-Kirsch-Rooney
STATE TOURNAMENT ADMISSION FEES WILL BE: ADMISSION - $6.00 PER SESSION (Two Games)
July 31, 2011 Department Championship must be decided.
